The Day started off in perhaps the fastest way it could for me! I was lucky enough the drive down to "revival" behind the wheel of this awesome brand new V10 Audi R8 thanks to Heuerboy customer Richard Crothwaite. I have to say this futuristic flying missile has to be the best thing i've ever driven and im looking down the back of the sofa to find the extra cash i need to get one! It was a good contrast to the vintage machinery that the rest of the day was to offer.

As usual The event gets better each year with more and more people attending from around the world, I recommend it to anyone as the atmosphere ,costume and sets are brilliant with something for everyone. (oh, and you better like cars).

David Cooke talks to another driver about a "Knocking"problem with his Ferrai Testarossa which unfortunatly didn't help his weekend, nevermind there are always watches to talk about!

Peter Bradfield finding out he has just not got enought wristspace! AND denies being a watch collector! lol

Big Thank-you to Mr Andrew Hall Who forced me to be a passanger in this Ex-Sterling moss mille miglia raced aluminium bodied XK120

Raced in the 50's it looks alot better and runs alot better than it did back then

Being a part of the action, hearing and smelling the cars so close made my day and year probably. For the first time since Labour came to power, it felt good to be English again. So roll round the calender....i can't wait till next year. Sorry i missed seeing/talking to somepeople, understandably time run away......

How do you leave such an event? you grab a lift in the hundreds of classic cars that attend. Thanks Clive and his 1956 Jensen 541
